Shipping
We use India post & D.T.D.C for our shipments. This enables us to deliver our products to any part of India. However, in case if you happen to purchase from a location where both of our delivery methods are unable to reach, we will notify you within 1-2 days of your purchase. We will issue an immediate refund for your purchase or make alternative arrangements for shipments, which will be mutually agreed upon.
The shipping duration is generally 3-12 days, depending upon your location and the shipping method chosen. When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will be updated with a shipment tracking ID through email and the same will be updated in your orders page.
Returns & Replacement
Replacements are available only for customers that purchased directly from our website for 15 days of the order being delivered. There will be no return or exchange, product will be replaced with a new one if damaged during shipping.
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time which is 20 working days
- you receive the wrong item
- We do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong address)
